We are looking for an HR Manager for our Monterrey Campus who will meaning contribute as a member of the leadership team providing strategic input, HR solutions, daily leadership, creative consultation, and leadership coaching/counseling for our plant in Monterrey, Mexico. You will work with the LATAM HR Business Partner, Plant Manager and local HR team, in defining short-term and long-term organizational needs and solutions in employee engagement and inclusion, change management, organizational design and job leveling, and compensation.

The HR Manager will report directly to the HRBP Mexico and have responsibility for the onsite HRG who they will develop. Also, you will partner with our HR Services and HR Coes to deliver the full value of HR to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

6. Team Player: A team player who contributes to an atmosphere in which people work together, and, in producing outstanding results.

7. Knowledge in Mexican regulations law.

The essentials- you will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience like psychology, business administration, industrial engineering or similar.
  • Typically requires a minimum 8+ years of experience in Human Resources as HR Generalist in a manufacturing or operations environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, performance management, employee development, organizational development, consultation, and coaching, change management, and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of Mexican Labor Law and recent reforms.
  • At least 4 years in a People Manager related role.
  • Full Bilingual
  • Talent Management experience (9-Box, succession planning, career development).
  • Experience working with Collective Bargain Agreement negotiations with Unions.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Workday knowledge or similar HR system.
  • Partner with global HR colleagues, COEs, HRIS, HR Enablement, and business leaders to create focus on our goals, including delivery of organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
